Hi,
My first attempt at the less is more challenge.
The card was inspired by the Inkylicious Stand at the recent Hobbycraft Show at the NEC.
Made using
Inkylicious - Silhouette Town Clear Stamp
Distress Inks - Shabby Shutters and Crushed Olive
Stampin' Up Ink Pad - Old Olive

Happy Easter Diane, I really like how your card turned out. I can see so many things ... a wonderful card for the imagination.
ReplyDeleteHi Diane and welcome to Blogland and more especially to "Less is More".
ReplyDeleteYou couldn't have chosen a friendlier bunch of crafters to join for your first challenge. I hope that you will be able to visit some of your fellow participants and leave a few comments.
This is beautiful. I have this stamp but sadly I don't seem to be able to get a decent print from mine... nor can my friend Anne who bought her stamp at the same time. Maybe we should persevere!
Your card looks great.
Thanks so much, Happy Easter and we hope to see you again next time.

PS If you could remove the Word verification from your blog it would make leaving comments much easier for us... I've already tried twice to decipher the letters. Thanks
Thanks for your lovely comment.
DeleteI think I hae the Word Verification thing off now. It's taken me a while to find what it is and how to get rid of it. I do crafting better than computers.
Happy Crafting.
Drat, I commented and it disappeared! Just wanted to say I'm another Diane, known mostly as Di, and I love this card!
ReplyDeleteHave added myself as a follower but see you don't have your followers gadget activated on your page. If you want any help, my email is di_wray@hotmail.com.
Also, you might like to think about joining in the snippets playground fun - this is my blog: http://pixiescraftyworkshop.blogspot.co.uk/
It's just a fun challenge to use up your scraps/snippets - with a weekly roll call. Lots of lovely people join in and you'd be very welcome to come and play in our snippets 'playground'!! Good way to get to know more crafters online and perhaps get more followers.
Happy Easter!

ReplyDeleteHello,
DeleteYes this is my very first time/day at Blogging. I'm so exicted but it's taking me a while to figure all this computer stuff out. A bit worrying really as my "day" job is working on a computer but that's data entry. This feels like programming at the minute.
Thank you for your lovely comment. I had a quick look at your blog to give me some inspiration.
Bye for now and enjoy the BH's.
What a fab stamp and what great stamping. Love your card. x
